Everything you need to know to use your Nuera device safely, effectively, and with confidence.
Red light therapy (also called low-level laser therapy or photobiomodulation) uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support your body's natural processes at a cellular level. The light penetrates your skin and is absorbed by your cells, which can help boost energy production, support recovery, and improve skin health — all without heat, UV rays, or downtime.
Nuera devices use a combination of red light (630nm and 660nm) and near-infrared light (810nm, 830nm, and 850nm). Red light works closer to the skin surface, while near-infrared light penetrates deeper into muscles and joints.
Begin with 5–10 minute sessions, 3–4 times per week. Let your body adjust before increasing duration or frequency.
For skin and surface benefits, stand or sit 6–12 inches (15–30 cm) from the panel. For deep tissue and muscle recovery, move closer — 4–6 inches (10–15 cm). For whole-body sessions, stand further away — 12–24 inches (30–60 cm).
Light cannot pass effectively through clothing. For best results, expose as much skin as possible in the treatment area.
Always wear the included protective goggles, or gently close your eyes, when treating the face or upper body. Never stare directly at the LEDs.
Results build over time. Daily or near-daily sessions deliver the best outcomes. Allow at least one rest day per week. Most people notice improvements after 2–4 weeks of regular use.
Drink water before and after your session. Good hydration supports the cellular recovery processes that red light therapy stimulates.
More is not always better. Keep total daily exposure to a maximum of 20–25 minutes. Beyond this, benefits reduce and mild skin irritation may occur.
Important: Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider before starting red light therapy if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking photosensitive medication.
Clean with a soft dry cloth. Never spray liquid directly onto the panel.
Store in the original packaging or a dust-free space when not in regular use.

Hang the custom door hook over the top of any standard-sized door. It sits flush and does not damage the frame.
Attach the hanging cables to the clip on the height-adjustment pulley, then connect the snap clip on the other end of the pulley rope directly to the door hook.
To raise: pull down on the loose cable while supporting the panel with your other hand. To lower: push up on the pulley lever while supporting the panel.
Plug the power cable into the back of the panel and into a wall socket. Switch on the power switch — the display will light up and the panel is ready.
Download the Red Light Therapy app and connect to your panel. From the app you can:

Choose any duration up to 30 minutes in 1-minute steps. The panel auto-shuts off at the end of the session.

The floor stand is the easiest and most versatile setup. No door, no drilling, no tools needed. Castor wheels let you move the panel freely between rooms.
Connect the stand uprights to the wheeled base platform. Attach all four legs securely and ensure all joints are fully tightened before proceeding.
Place the panel face-down on a clean, scratch-free surface. Secure the included bracket to the back of the panel using the provided screws.
Slide or clip the panel bracket onto the stand's upper support bar. Ensure the panel is locked in securely and sitting vertically before letting go.
Roll the stand to your desired location. Plug the power cable into the back of the panel and into a wall socket. Lock the castor wheels, then switch on — the display will light up.
If you'd prefer to hang the panel on a door, all the necessary hardware is included. This method works on any standard door and requires no drilling.
Place the panel face-down on a scratch-free surface. Attach the hanging bracket to the back of the panel using the four provided screws.
Hook the door hook over the top of any standard-sized door. It sits flush and does not damage the door frame.
Thread the two hanging cables through the panel bracket and connect them to the height-adjustment pulley system.
Attach the snap clip at the end of the pulley rope to the door hook. The panel is now suspended and ready to be adjusted for height.

The X1500 is controlled by the included remote. There is no smartphone app — simply use the remote to select your light mode, set a session timer, and begin.

The X900 is designed exclusively for door-mount installation. No floor stand is included. Follow these five steps to get set up safely.
Locate the four screw holes on the back of the panel. Attach the supplied hanging hardware using the four screws provided. Ensure all screws are tight and secure before proceeding.
Place the door hook over the top of a sturdy, closed door. The hook should sit flush over the door edge. Confirm the door can bear the weight of the panel (approx. 10.1kg) before hanging.
Thread the hanging cables and lifting rope through the pulley system attached to the door hook. This allows you to adjust the panel height once it is hanging.
Carefully lift and hang the panel on the cables. Use the lifting rope to raise or lower the panel to your desired treatment height — typically aligning with the area of the body you are treating.
Connect the power cable to the back of the panel and plug into a wall outlet (AC 100–250V). The digital display will illuminate. Put on your protective goggles and use the remote control to begin your session.
The X900 is fully operated via the included remote control (23A 12V battery). There are no manual controls on the panel itself.

Ensure the skin in the treatment area is clean and dry. Remove any lotions, oils, or creams before use — clean skin allows for optimal light absorption.
Wrap or place the Mini 60-2 directly over the area you want to treat — a joint, muscle, limb, or skin area. The flexible wrap design allows it to conform to most body contours. Hold it in place or use the handle for handheld use.
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until the LEDs illuminate. The device is now active. Put on your protective goggles — do not look directly at the LEDs during use.
Relax and hold the device in position for the duration of your session. For best results, pair your session with light movement or exercise to stimulate the lymphatic system. The device will automatically shut off after 20 minutes.
Press the button briefly to turn off manually, or allow the auto-shutoff to activate at 20 minutes. Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight after use.

1 session per day. Suitable for general skin maintenance, light muscle soreness, or preventative use. Each session lasts up to 20 minutes — the device auto-shuts off at this point.
2 sessions per day. Recommended for ongoing joint pain, moderate muscle recovery, or skin concerns that require more consistent treatment. Allow at least 2 hours between sessions.

Most users begin to notice improvement between 6 and 24 weeks of consistent use. Skin results typically appear earlier (4–8 weeks); deeper tissue benefits such as joint pain relief may take longer.
Align the Type-C cable with the charging port on the back of the device and connect to a USB power source (wall adapter or computer). Ensure the device is turned off before charging.
Red light flashing = currently charging. Green light flashing = battery is low (charge needed). Once charging is complete, the indicator will stop flashing.
Do not use the device while it is charging. Keep the device and charging cable away from water at all times. Store unplugged in a cool, dry location between sessions.
The device automatically shuts off after 20 minutes of continuous use to prevent overuse and protect the LEDs. To end a session early, press the button briefly.

The 850nm wavelength is invisible to the naked eye; if the mat appears to emit only red light, both wavelengths are still active.

At 1855×830mm, the mat is large enough for full-body lie-down sessions, covering the back, legs, and feet simultaneously.
First use tip: This mat is made with PU leather and may have a mild leathery smell when first unpacked. Lay it flat in a ventilated area for 3–5 hours before first use to allow the smell to dissipate.
Unroll the mat on a clean, flat surface — a bed, yoga mat, or floor all work well. Ensure there is enough space to lie down comfortably on top of it.
Plug the controller cable into the mat's power port. Connect the adapter to the controller, then plug the power cord into the adapter and into a wall outlet (100–240V).
Press the power button to turn the mat on. Use the controller to set your brightness level (P1–P5), timer (10–90 min), and pulse mode if desired. The digital display shows your current settings clearly.
Lie directly on the mat with bare skin where possible — direct skin contact maximises light absorption and therapeutic benefit. Wear your goggles if lying face-up with eyes near the mat surface.
The SM RM 1328 uses a separate handheld digital controller with a clear LED display showing current mode, brightness level, and remaining session time.
Press to turn the mat on or off. When powered on, both 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared LEDs activate simultaneously.
Press the + or – brightness buttons to cycle through five power levels. P1 is the lowest intensity; P5 is maximum. Start at P1–P2 if you are new to red light therapy.
Press Timer+ or Timer– to set your session length in 10-minute increments: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, or 90 minutes. The mat will switch off automatically when the timer ends.
Press the pulse button to activate pulse mode. First press activates 10Hz; second press activates 40Hz; third press returns to steady (continuous) light. 10Hz is associated with mood and tissue repair; 40Hz with cognitive support.
30 minutes per session is the standard recommendation. Sessions up to 90 minutes are supported by the timer, but avoid exceeding 30 minutes daily as a consistent practice to prevent diminishing returns.

The RS 2576 has an upper and a lower panel. You lie on the lower panel and the upper panel closes over you — buckle fastenings secure the bag around your body so both sides receive light simultaneously.
With 2,576 LEDs across both panels (vs 1,328 on the Sports Mat), light reaches your back, sides, chest, and front at the same time — no need to flip over or reposition mid-session.
Each panel has its own controller and power supply, allowing you to run both panels simultaneously, adjust their brightness levels independently, or use just one panel at a time.

First use tip: Both panels are made with PU leather and may have a mild leathery smell when first unpacked. Lay them flat in a ventilated area for 3–5 hours before first use.
Place the lower panel flat on the floor, bed, or mat with the LED surface facing up. Lay the upper panel nearby with its LED surface facing down — ready to close over you.
Connect each panel to its own controller, then connect each controller to its adapter, and plug each adapter into a wall outlet (100–240V). Both panels can be plugged in at the same time.
Use each controller to set your desired brightness (P1–P5), timer (10–90 min), and pulse mode. Set both controllers before lying down to avoid adjusting them mid-session.
Lie down on the lower panel with bare skin on the LED surface. Close the upper panel over your body and fasten the buckle to secure the bag around you. Both panels will now deliver light simultaneously to the front and back of your body.
Each panel has its own identical handheld digital controller with a clear LED display showing mode, brightness level, and remaining session time. Both controllers work independently — you can run them on the same settings or configure each panel differently.

Blue light at 460nm targets acne-causing bacteria on the skin surface, reducing active breakouts, calming inflammation, minimising scarring, and improving overall skin clarity and glow. It is the most commonly used mode for oily or congested skin.
Yellow light at 590nm balances skin texture and tone, stimulates red blood cell activity to reduce facial redness, and softens fine lines. Particularly helpful for those with sensitive or uneven skin tone, rosacea, or persistent flushing.
Near-infrared at 850nm penetrates beneath the skin surface to support deeper tissue repair, improve circulation, and boost skin moisture levels. Invisible to the eye but independently active — it can be combined with any of the three visible light modes.
Before first use, connect the controller to a power outlet via the USB charging cable. The controller indicator will flash while charging. The battery display indicator turns off when fully charged. Allow 4–5 hours for a full charge.
Thread the adjustable straps through the inlet loops on the sides of the mask. The straps go around the head and secure at the back — adjust until the mask sits flush and comfortably against your face.
Plug the controller cable into the mask connection port. Once connected, the mask is ready to power on.
Long-press the power button on the controller for 1–2 seconds until the mask activates. Put on your eye shield before starting your session.

All hardware and tools required for assembly are included. Check that all parts are present before beginning.
Follow these steps in order. Lay out all parts before starting and confirm all screws are tightened before use.
Attach the 4 universal wheels (G × 4) to the base (B × 1) using the provided wrench. Each wheel locks to prevent rolling during sessions — ensure all four are fully secured. Place the base plate (C × 1) into position on the base frame using M4 screws (L × 6).
Stand the Samson post (A-1 × 1) upright in the centre of the base. Attach the two Samson post accessories (A-2 × 2) using M3 screws (K × 2). Route the power cord (E × 1) through the post as indicated. Secure the post to the base using M6 screws (J-1 × 10).
Mount the wired controller post (F-2 × 1) to the side of the Samson post and clip the wired controller (F-1 × 1) into position. Connect the controller cable to the motor unit inside the post. The controller should sit at a comfortable operating height.
Slide the lifting rod connection (D × 1) onto the top of the Samson post. Insert the two transverse braces (I × 2) through the connection bracket — ensure the round hole on each brace faces upward. Secure using M6 long screws (J-2 × 8) and M6 standard screws (J-1 × 4).
Attach the two lamp fixing rods (H × 2) to the transverse braces at the top of the stand using M6 screws (J-1 × 16 — 8 per rod). These horizontal rods are what your light panel will rest and fasten onto.
With assistance, lift your red light therapy panel (compatible models: x3000, x5000) and align the panel's rear mounting slots with the two fixing rods. Secure the panel firmly to the rods. The panel can be rotated 180° to switch between vertical and horizontal orientation — rotate carefully and re-secure after adjusting.
Connect the power cord to a wall outlet. The digital display on the wired controller will illuminate showing the current height. Test the Up and Down buttons to confirm the motor raises and lowers the panel smoothly before your first session.
The stand can be operated using either the wired hand controller (F-1) or the wireless remote control (F-3). Both feature the same core controls.
Press to raise the panel. The digital display shows the current height in real time. Release when the panel reaches your desired treatment position.
Press to lower the panel. Use to bring the panel down for seated or floor-level treatment, or to store at a lower position between sessions.
Save up to three height positions for instant recall. To save: press "S" — the indicator shows "S-" and flickers — then press 1, 2, or 3 to store the current height to that position. Press the same number again to recall it instantly.
Used to activate memory saving mode and for unit conversion. Hold "S" for 8 seconds to toggle between centimetres and inches on the display.
Shows the current height of the panel in real time as the stand moves. Both the wired controller and remote display the same reading.
To pair the remote: hold "S + ↓" simultaneously until the remote display shows "00.0". While the stand is powered on, the remote display will then show "Co" — this confirms successful pairing.
If the hand controller displays "RST", the stand needs to be reset. Press and hold the Down (↓) button for 10 seconds until the digital display shows a height number. The stand is now reset and ready for normal use.
After 3–4 continuous operation cycles, the system enters protection mode. The handset will display "HOT" and both the remote and wired controller will stop responding. After 18 minutes, the stand will automatically reconnect — or you can power it off and back on to reset it immediately.
Hold the "S" button for 8 seconds. The height display unit will automatically switch between centimetres and inches. This setting is retained after power off.
The panel mounting bracket can be rotated 180° to switch your light panel between vertical orientation (portrait — for standing full-body treatment) and horizontal orientation (landscape — for targeting specific body zones). Always power off the stand before rotating the panel.

The stand assembles in a few simple steps. Lay all parts out and confirm hardware quantities before starting. All tools required are included.
Fit the four wheeled casters into the sockets on the base frame and secure using the provided screws and wrench. Ensure each caster clicks firmly into place — they should not wobble. Leave the wheels unlocked for now.
Insert the telescopic upright post into the central socket on the base frame and secure with the locking bolt. The post should stand fully vertical. Do not angle or force — it should seat naturally into the base.
Slide or bolt the panel mounting bracket to the top of the upright post using the provided hardware. This bracket is what your light panel will attach to — ensure it is level and all screws are tight before proceeding.
With assistance, lift your compatible panel (X900, X1500, or X1500 Pro) and align its rear mounting points with the bracket. Secure the panel to the bracket using the provided screws. Confirm the panel is stable and does not tip before releasing.
Loosen the height-lock collar on the telescopic post, stretch or compress the post to your desired height, then retighten the collar firmly. The panel should not be able to slide up or down once locked. Adjust so the panel faces the area of the body you are treating.
Engage the locking lever on each caster to prevent the stand from rolling during your session. Then connect your panel's power cable as normal and begin your session.
Always power off your panel before adjusting the stand height. Loosen the collar, reposition the post to the new height, then retighten firmly before powering the panel back on. Never adjust height while the panel is running.
Unlock all four casters before moving. Roll the stand gently on flat, smooth surfaces. Avoid rolling over cables, door thresholds, or uneven surfaces that could tip the stand. Re-lock all casters once the stand is in position.
Position yourself at your panel's recommended treatment distance (typically 6–24 inches depending on your panel model and session type). Adjust the stand height so the panel is centred on the body area being treated.
The stand can be stored with the panel attached if space allows. For compact storage, lower the post to its minimum height. The stand's packaging dimensions are 80 × 73 × 9cm — it can be broken down to those dimensions if needed.

Plug the controller firmly into the mat's connector port — ensure a secure connection (it should lock in place). Plug the power cord into a mains outlet. The connection should be fully seated before powering on.
Press the POWER ON/OFF button to activate the display. The controller panel will illuminate showing temperature and settings.
Press the +/– TEMP/PEMF buttons to set your desired heat level. Always start at a lower temperature and gradually increase — especially for your first sessions. If you have sensitive skin, place a towel or sheet between you and the mat, or wear light cotton clothing.
Press the SET TIME (clock pattern) button and use +/– to set your session duration. PEMF cycles run automatically in 20-minute intervals. Heat will remain on for as long as you choose — negative ions are generated the entire time heat is active.
Press the PHOTON LIGHTS (bulb pattern) button to turn the photon LED therapy on or off. You can use photon lights independently of the PEMF and heat functions.
Press the PEMF (wave pattern) button to activate the PEMF function. Then use the +/– buttons to select your desired frequency (Delta 1–4Hz, Theta 4–8Hz, Alpha 8–12Hz, or Beta 12–30Hz). To turn PEMF off, long-press the PEMF button for 2 seconds — you will need to reboot (power off and back on) before reactivating.
Lie or sit on the mat. Start with 10–15 minute sessions and increase gradually as you become accustomed to the therapy. You can use the mat daily — before a workout, before bed, while watching TV, reading, or meditating. Recommended initial duration: 10–15 minutes.

Before cleaning, turn off the controller and unplug from all power sources. Remove dust with a slightly damp cloth, a non-toxic cleaning wipe, or a handheld vacuum cleaner. Never use chemical solvents (such as benzene or thinner) on the controller pad.
Allow the mat to cool completely before folding. Fold in the correct manner and store inside the provided carrying bag. Store in a cool, dry place away from humidity, dust, and oiliness. Do not place heavy objects on top of the stored mat.
Never place the mat or its controller in a washing machine. The mat is not washable — surface cleaning only with a damp cloth or non-toxic wipe.
Do not iron the product. Unplug and store in a cool, dry place between sessions. Keep away from direct sunlight and high temperatures when not in use, as prolonged heat exposure can reduce lifespan.
The mat is warranted to function within specification for 1 year from the date of delivery. Any defects in material or workmanship under normal use will be repaired or replaced at no charge during this period.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, improper maintenance, unauthorised modification, natural causes (lightning, floods), theft, or loss of the product.
